The T3 system
The T3 System is a comprehensive approach to dealing with injuries. It starts by identifying flexibility imbalances through an Active Isolated approach, followed by strength training for the recovery of your injury and finally soft tissue neuromuscular reeducation which will clear out injured muscle fibers so you can continue performing exercises without risking further injury occurrence in future workouts.
The three steps are:
(1) Active blood flow stretching.
(2), Strengthen weak points.
(3) Soft tissue neuromuscular reeducation.
